How are your fees structured?

 

Initial Phone Consultation is No Charge

 

Individual Therapy Sessions are typically $200 per 50 Minutes (Standard Session)

 

During our initial phone consultation, I can provide additional information about my cancellation policy, frequency of appointments, and can address any questions about fees and payment.

 

How do I submit payment?

 

Sessions can be paid for with major credit cards, cash, or check

 

Do you accept insurance?

 

In Network Coverage

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana PPO (not HMO plans)

 

Out of Network Reimbursement

It is the client’s responsibility to inquire about out of network benefits with his/her insurance carrier. Upon completion of sessions, I can provide monthly receipts for clients to submit to an insurance carrier.
